The Psoriasis Treatment Center is excited to accept new patients. It is important to note that we accept all insurances, and would be happy to work with you to relieve this devastating disease. Please call (616) 459-1361 for more information or an appointment.
To help ensure that your experience is both pleasant and valuable, we have established the following guidelines:
- Be prepared with your history and description of your problem when you come to your appointment.
- Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow your physician to easily examine the symptomatic area.
- Please bring your insurance card(s) with you.
- Obtain a referral from your primary care physician prior to your appointment if required by your insurance company.
- If the patient is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must accompany him or her to the initial office visit.
